GLA sites - PAYE Workers Only.

A facility have been introduced to restrict the workers who can be booked at a site to only those who have a pay type of "PAYE". (Later extended to restrict Pay Types)
This is particularly useful (and a legal requirement) for site regulated by the GLA, which are typically food production sites.

(GLA = Gangmasters Licensing Authority)

How it Works.

On a client record it is possible to display a [Accounts] tab.
This tab shows various information about the client such as Credit Limits, Terms, etc.

On this page there is a field labelled PAYE Workers only  

Setting this field to YES will restrict bookings at this client so that only workers with a pay type of PAYE are allowed to be booked.

(NB: The [Accounts] tab is not displayed by default, but can be activated using parameter REC_C, Priority[2] )

From Version 1.00.18.271 or later, the facility to have Multiple Pay Types for a candidate was introduced, and after this point, this feature only works if you are using multiple pay types. (This can be turned on with parameter REC_E,flag(29) )

From version 1.00.18.317 (or later) the function has been extended and there are more choices available on clients. You can choose from:-

Umbrella Only	U
PAYE Only	Y
