Booking Requirement - Notes Page Template

It is possible to create a Template that will be used to populate the [Notes] page of any new Booking Requirement added to the system.

How to Create the Template

Login as the userID "ADM" (or any suitably high priority user)

Select Maintenance > Tools > Template Maintenance, and then choose the 'Journals' tab.

Choose File > New to create a new template, and then select the 'Where' as BRN - Booking Requirements Note

Set the template to be shared ( )

The use the large white space to design your template.

Using the Booking Requirements Note Template

After creating the template as above, go to the [Requirements] tab of a client record and add a new booking Requirement. When you create the new requirement the [Notes] tab will be populated with the text you specified on the template.
