Grid refinement from the workbench

There is a new icon which has recently been added at the top right of the main workbenches.
This icon allows Grid Refinement - basically a user can run a search from the workbench and then choose to display the
results in a variety of layouts showing different arrangements of columns and fields.

The column layouts come from Shared views, favourite views or can be added directly by using the [+ ] to add a new
column view.
