Prevent Timesheet Export to Tempaid if P/O not recorded

Along with various minor changes and improvements the next release of Influence (after Ver 1.00.17.100) will include the ability to monitor the entry of Purchase orders prior to exporting into time sheet information TEMPAID.

If your Influence database is integrated with Tempaid, then it is possible to export time sheet information which you have entered into Influence into a file format suitable for import into Tempaid. When performing this export the system can now check if a P/O Number (Purchase Order) has been recorded, and if not will display a warning preventing the export of these particular records until a purchase order has been recorded.

The facility is controlled by a parameter, and only affects export in the Tempaid format.
