Automatic NI Letter Linked to Pay Type

The latest release of Influence brings several tweaks and enhancements to the software.

One of these improvements is the fact that when you select a Pay_Type on the candidate record, it is possible to
get the system to Automatically assign an NI Letter associated with that Pay Type

e.g.
Selecting Umbrella could select NI Letter X - No Liability
Selecting PAYE could select NI Letter A

This helps users automatically select the correct NI letter and is particularly useful when working with Contractors or TEMPS.

The facility becomes available after Ver 1.00.17.072, and will require users to amend the PAY TYPE [166] Code Table.
It will be necessary to add the relevant code letter after a / in the code table 'extra' fields.
