New Template Picker Facility

The latest software release of Influence Professional has added a new and improved Template Picker facility.
This is available from version 1.00.17.072 or later.

The new Template Pick tool allows users to easily Pick one from several templates and see a visual representation of what it will look like.

Having clicked the [Pick] button (above) users will see a list of all the applicable template for the chosen call type and/or Method.
The display can be restricted to ALL, Personal or Global Templates

The pick screen also allows the ability to Edit or delete templates (dependent upon priority levels) and is the ideal tool for template maintenance and quick removal of unwanted or unused templates.
