Auto Status update at end of contracts

The latest version of Influence Professional now has the ability to auto-update the status of candidates at the end of a contract placement.

When a contractor is placed into a contract position the status of their candidate record is changed to Placed. Previously the system was designed to allow users to manually control when a contractor was returned to 'Live' status so that they could be searched or selected for other positions.

This is typically done 1-2 weeks before the end of their contract, but may be left if the contract was going to be extended, or if you knew they were unavailable on other contracts.

Whilst it is still possible to manually put a contractor back into the 'Live' pool of candidates, there is the ability to get the system to automatically set the status back to Live at the end of a contract.
