There are 2 different IQ Reports you can take to use in Influence for SMS & Postcode Radius User List's. One will just look to see if a User in your Influence Database just has SMS available and the other report will look for both SMS & Postcode Radius Licenses on their account.
Both of these reports will save you a lot of time, as the only other way to check these numbers and licenses would be to go into User Profiles and manually go through and count up the users and Licenses.

This report will list details of UserID's which have been setup in Influence and display if they have SMS (texing) enabled, Radius Search enabled, Contact Merge enabled or Candidate Merge Enabled.
Example
If you have purchased 7 x user SMS licences, then the "Allow Use of SMS" flag can only be ticked against 7 userID's
If someone leaves, then you will need to untick the flag against their old UserID before you can allocate the licence to
another user.
This report helps you identify who currently has the licences allocated.

Notes/Special Features
The report looks at the Influence userID file.
It checks the "various flags and setting against the UserID and presents this in an easily visible format.
Installation
You will need: IX_USER-PCO.IQX or IX_INFSMSPC.ZIP
The report can be installed on Influence Professional systems from version 1.00.14.109 or later by downloading the report attached to this article, then Dragging/dropping the report onto the [I Query] workbench within the [Admin] section of the system. On Newer systems use the *.ZIP file which contains a report description as well.
SMS User List
This report will list details of UserID's which have been setup in Influence where the "Allow use of BulkSMS" flag has been ticked. This is useful to identify which users SMS licences have been allocted to.
Example
If you have purchased 7 x user SMS licences, then the "Allow Use of SMS" flag can only be ticked against 7 userID's. If someone leaves, then you will need to untick the flag against their old UserID before you can allocate the licence to another user.
This report helps you identify who currently has the licences allocated.
