Influence Professional software has colour coding on the last contact date in order to easily see when a contact or candidate has been communicated with.

| Yellow Date | Lets you know the person has been contacted in the past 30 days |
| Magenta Date |
Lets you know the person has been contacted in the past 3 months. |
These can be configured in parameter set REC (Recruitment Parameters), Integer 17&18
